Future State Found LLC ("Future State Found," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Sky LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on:

- membership.futurestatefound.com, our member learning platform, hosted by LearnWorlds.
- pay.futurestatefound.com, our checkout pages, hosted by Stripe.
This policy explains what these technologies are, how we use them, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy. Our Services are intended for people in the United States.
022. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit. They help a site work, remember your choices, and understand how it’s used.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use.

033. How we use cookies
We group cookies into four categories:

- Necessary cookies are always on. Preferences, analytics, and marketing cookies are on by default.

- Our learning platform shows its own cookie banner. You can accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies, or choose by category.
- Optional cookies (Functional, Analytics, and Marketing) stay off until you accept them.
- Necessary cookies keep you logged in and let the platform work.
- Your choices are stored for 12 days. After that, the banner asks again. You can change your choices at any time through the platform’s cookie settings link.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, all optional cookies are rejected automatically.
4.3 pay.futurestatefound.com
Our checkout pages are hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud. These are necessary for checkout to work and are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies.

066. Embedded tools
The Founder Readiness Check (Jotform) and our booking widget (Calendly) are embedded on our website. When they load, these providers may set cookies needed for them to work, and may set others under their own policies. Our cookie banner and Global Privacy Control settings apply to the tools we load, but cannot control cookies set inside another company’s embedded tool. You can manage or delete those cookies in your browser settings (see section 8).
077. Tracking in our emails
Our emails, sent through ActiveCampaign, include small tracking images and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to deliver your assessment results, follow up, and improve our emails. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or the unsubscribe form on our website.

099. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. On our main website, analytics and marketing tools do not run. On our learning platform, all optional cookies are rejected. We honor GPC for all visitors, wherever they live. - Do Not Track: we do not respond to the older Do Not Track browser signal, because there is no common standard for it. We honor GPC instead.
1010. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under some state laws, using advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out by turning off marketing cookies, by turning on GPC, or by submitting the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" form linked in our website footer. We review each request and apply it to your records. See section 13 of our Privacy Policy for details.
